Developing Intuition is easy when you know where it is, and some simple things you can do to get there.
You might believe that developing intuition is complicated and takes a lot of time and effort. After all, many people spend hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on books, programs, and trainings to develop their own intuition.
So it must be hard, right?
Nope. And here's why...
The reason developing intuition can seem difficult and complicated is because we look for it in the wrong place. If I ask you what intuition is, and where it comes from, what would you say?
Most of us think intuition is a function of the brain.
You might have been told that intuitive "thinking" is a process that originates and occurs in the right hemisphere (the 'creative half') of the brain.
But it does not.
Intuition, defined as: "direct perception of truth, fact, etc., independent of any reasoning process; immediate apprehension" cannot occur in the logical, linear, dualistic (two hemisphered) brain.
"Direct perception of truth" - Intution - is a function of the Heart, not the brain.
Whoa, what's that?! The HEART?!
Isn't the Heart just a pump? An organ that moves blood through the body? How the heck could the Heart be the source of ANY kind of thought process? The Heart can't "think"!
Or can it?
Actually, yes - it can.
In fact, according to modern scientific research, not only can the Heart "think", it can think much, much faster than the brain. So much faster that Heart thinking occurs for all practical purposes - instantaneously.
Remember our definition, "immediate apprehension"? Only the Heart can think that fast.
Only the Heart is capable of what we call "intuition".
You can learn more about the Science of the Heart from the Institute of Heartmath, where you can read about the results of thousands of scientific experiments that have revealed the truth about the Heart.
But if you are OK with the idea that your Heart can "think" - and that it's the source of your own intuitive abilities - then I can share with you right now a fast and easy way to start developing intuition.
I call it, "Creating A Mind With Heart".
A Mind with Heart is created every time you move your attention or awareness from your "head" to your Heart.
But that's just the first step. Once your Heart has your attention, you must "open the Heart". You can do that quickly and easily with feelings of gratitude and appreciation.
Science has proven that feelings of gratitude and appreciation cause the Heart to generate a "coherent Heart field" that will give you immediate access to intuition and inspiration. It also has a positive effect on the brain, calming the "fight or flight" parts of the brain, and balancing or connecting the left and right brain hemispheres.
In other words - feelings of gratitude and appreciation make you smarter!
Creating a Mind with Heart can also be a process that occurs gradually over time.
This process - "The Heartcompass LifeNavigation System" - uses your everyday life experiences to identify "false fear-based beliefs" created by the head or brain, and then accesses the Heart for the Love-based Truth.
Over time, as more and more fear-base beliefs are deactivated and replaced with Love-based Truth from the Heart, developing intuition becomes natural, quick and easy.
Developing intuition is easy when you know what it is and where to find it.
